Be Flexible with Dates: Cross-country timelines are estimates. Things happen that are out of the driver's or broker's control. Our pickup was spot-on, and while delivery was off by a day, having a flexible mindset is essential.

Respect Gets Results: When delays happen, remain respectful. When I reached out about our delivery update, Garret responded right away—even early in the morning. Tip: Keep the broker's time zone in mind (East Coast hours) when reaching out.

Paperwork & Payment: If you need corporate reimbursement, ensure you have your order confirmation and Bill of Lading (BOL) in order. We opted to pay the remaining balance via cashier’s check after discussing options with Garret.

This car shipping was a last minute deal, due to another shipping company (USD) failed to pick my car up. Zack Lumiere with ABC step in and handle everything very professionally. The shipping was from Indianapolis, IN to Douglasville, GA. Zack pick my car up the very same day and delivered it without any problem. Thank you everything. 5Stars‼️💯

Overall happy, most important thing was Zack was always easy to reach, picking up all my calls etc. it’s a bit frustrating that in this industry there is a long chain of communication between client, broker and carrier. But overall Zack tried to make it as clear as possible , and was responsive when I did follow up questions.

Zack did a great job. He took his time to fully explain the process to me and some of the pitfalls to be aware of. He also went into the office on his day off to resolve an issue that I had with my shipping order. A true professional who really seems to care about keeping his customer happy. Would use him again.
