Ali has been an absolute God-send! Ali facilitated my purchase of a property recently. Her support and help getting issues with my lender resolved were brilliant, but also her approach to just looking after me. 100% would recommend and she deffo on my Christmas card list!

After being let down by a high street agent who overvalued the property, generated zero viewings and offered very little communication over eight months—only suggesting repeated price drops—we found Ali and Graham and what a difference!
Their communication was outstanding at every step. They truly went above and beyond during what turned out to be a challenging six months. Progress was extremely slow, despite the property being empty and chain free, but this was certainly not due to lack of effort from Ali who was relentless in chasing both solicitors and trying to keep everything moving.

Superb. Initially my wife and I tried to contact several of the larger estate agents in the local area. However, due to poor communication and not responding to our queries we decided to take a chance with Ali. In hindsight, there is absolutely no doubt we made the right choice. From the very start, Ali made us feel wanted and valued as a customer and ensured we were supported every single step of the way. For me the two best parts of the process was the extraordinary communication and also the straight talking no nonsense approach, which we wanted. Ali brought in a brilliant photographer and listed everything for us. We were panicked that the sale could take weeks and months like many of our neighbours however, she reached out to her existing contacted and individuals already searching in the area and we were inundated with offers in the first few days, which meant we were in the privileged position of choosing our buyer.
