I have found the all members of Barnard Marcus team to be totally professional, reliable and capable in selling my home. More importantllh for me they are approachable, friendly and have gone over an above their role to support me. The manager Francesca has been especially patient, and provided me with a listening ear, able to provide sound advice during what at times has been a challenging process of selling my property. I highly recommend using BM for anyone else who wants to sell their home.

I cannot recommend Barnard Marcus highly enough, and I would especially like to recognise Brandon Richards for the exceptional service he provided throughout my entire letting process.

From the very beginning right through to completion, Brandon did his absolute best to help me at every stage. He was consistently professional, patient, responsive and genuinely helpful, even when there were various matters that needed to be resolved along the way.

What impressed me most was that I always felt listened to, valued and supported. Brandon took my concerns seriously, communicated clearly and continually tried to find solutions rather than simply passing things on. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having someone so committed to helping made a huge difference.

Kelly and team were great. Kelly had good local knowledge and was more positive about the potential sale price than others. (Dexters were down right rude in comparison). While we didn’t get the guide price I do understand it’s a tough market to sell flats in currently, Noah and Kelly got it done and supported aligning timelines with the onward chain. Constructive feedback: it was agreed I’d get feedback on each viewing within 24hours but I had to prompt the staff a few times to get this - minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend Barnard Marcus if selling in Ealing

James Anson accompanied me on four viewings in the Dorking area and was friendly, approachable and refreshingly honest about each property. What impressed me most was witnessing his interaction with vendors. Three were present during the viewings, and James treated them with genuine warmth, empathy and professionalism.
I usually find house viewings quite daunting and not particularly enjoyable, but James made the whole experience comfortable, engaging and positive. A real asset to Barnard Marcus and someone I would happily recommend.

I wanted to leave a review for Tyler as whilst I didn’t end up renting from him directly, he gave me some amazing help in the process as a first time renter and this was definitely worth coming on to leave a review about so many thanks to this young man.
