Yas was great. I had a RICS valuation done where the surveyor overpriced my property and Yas provided me with detailed comparables as to why the valuation wasn’t accurate and gave me a realistic valuation of the property based on more fitting comparables. If you’re in the Epsom/ Ewell area, I would highly recommend him. He’s honest and very helpful. I can’t thank him enough. I wouldn’t be able to challenge my valuation without his insight! I would not normally do a review for an estate agent but Barnard Marcus in Ewell deserve one. We had looked at a few properties with other estate agents and it was in & out of properties & one agent actually sat in the garden while we looked around! However, we were so surprised when Annabel opened the door with a beaming smile and calling us by name when we looked at our bungalow, this made us feel valued straight away. Annabel talked about the property & the surrounding area which was so useful as we did not know it. Annabel kept in touch & helped us through tricky moments of the purchase along with the team in the office, I don't know if other estate agents do this but it was so kind & we were so grateful because when I went to collect the keys they gave us a little hamper of drinks & goodies which we really needed having had nothing to eat or drink since breakfast.
Annabel is kind & caring (not all estate agents are like this) and her team are so helpful. If anyone asked me to recommend an estate agent I would not hesitate to say that they are on the ball, the was never a point that I felt 'what was happening' because they were one step ahead, nothing was too much trouble & overall they were really friendly & professional. My partner and I recently bought a home through Barnard and Marcus. We did our viewings with Rachael who was great. She provided information, has great communication and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend using the agents here. Even though we are in the house now they have checked in on us and have been replying to our enquiries promptly. We got a lovely gift box on completion from Rachael which was a lovely surprise.

I was told by an acquaintance that all estate agents in the Epsom area were rubbish! Just as well then that I selected Barnard Marcus in Ewell to sell my late Mother's maisonette. They were friendly and efficient throughout the process and achieved a very acceptable value in very difficult marketing times. Communication was excellent and I was advised of all bookings, receiving feedback afterwards. Everyone there was on the ball and kept a close eye on things as we crept closer to completion.
