I put my property up for sale with Barnard Marcus late last year and I met an amazing agent called Feroza. She installed my faith in estate agents. I have had the unfortunate experience in dealing with 2 other estate agents from other companies that were really time wasters and full of BS. Sadly estate agents get a bad reputation because of this. Feroza was different. True to her word and went above and beyond in getting my property sold and also giving me help and advice with my new purchase. That’s the above and beyond. She didn’t have to do that. Everything she said she would do she done it and more. I would like to thank Barnard Marcus and especially Feroza for all the hard work, time and effort that’s been put in.

We would 100% recommend Barnard Marcus to sell a property.
We engaged Barnard Marcus to sell our property in June this year.
We met Feroza one of the agents at our property to start proceedings 2 days after ringing.
Everything was arranged so quickly and efficiently.

I engaged Barnard Marcus in Mitcham to sell my house in March this year and within a week they arranged 3 viewings of which 2 were interested. And offer was accepted by me within a week. Mr Yinka valued the property and I got near enough price.
Mr Yinka is responsive to any issues during the process. Robbie (Manager) has also been very cooperative and understanding and resolving any issues.
I used BM in mitcham to buy the same house in 2003 and sold the same through them in 2025.
Could have given 5* but at some stage I felt like they kept on trying for heavy price reduction to favour the buyer even though valuation was done at full value. Victoria in admin has also been responsive to any issues relating to IT portal. Overall my experience with Robbie and his team has been good.

We used Barnard Marcus in Mitcham to sell our flat recently and Feroza and the team were very helpful and responsive. Always returned my calls and emails within a reasonable time. Made the entire process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend their services and use again, if needed.

I never thought I would submit a 5-star review for an estate agent, but... Barnard Marcus have been great. We quickly saw that our interactions with anyone there were much better than the ones with other estate agents, and decided to focus on liaising only with them for a house purchase. We were not disappointed and Yinka has been particularly helpful and patient with us.

My experience with Bernard Marcus was brilliant, from Yinka to Slawomir with help for the mortgage, but Bernard Marcus as an estate agent were absolutely great.

We finally got our home we wanted and even after everything was finalised yinka still called to check up on how the renovations was going.

I was very happy with my experience with Barnard Marcus while my girlfriend and I purchased our new house. Yinka and Carla were always professional and very helpful when resolving any issues and ensuring our purchase was completed.

Haven’t bought or sold since 1986, I was honestly not looking forward to the process, however thank you to Barnard Marcus I sold my property and bought in Kent so smoothly.
