I had a very positive experience with Bernard Marcus, who handled the sale of seven flats for me.
Selling multiple flats at the same time can be a complicated process, but the team were professional, proactive and helpful throughout. They kept things moving, communicated well, and worked hard to progress the sales through to completion.
I dealt with several members of the team, including Harry, Chris, Eva and Leon, and I appreciated their support and persistence throughout the process.
Overall, I was pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend Bernard Marcus to others, especially for anyone selling multiple properties or needing an agent who can stay on top of the process

My husband and I recently moved to the Muswell Hill area and worked closely with Cameron and the rest of his team to secure a fabulous long-term rental. Cameron was so enjoyable to work with - highly personable and clearly loves the Muswell Hill area. He was also incredibly professional and responsive to our many questions. In the past we've had some unfortunate experiences with other letting agencies, but Cameron and the Barnard Marcus team were a breath of fresh air, making a stressful process as easy as possible.

I made a flat enquiry on Rightmove and, unlike many other agencies, I was contacted not by a robot but by a real person from Barnard Marcus’ Muswell Hill branch. From the very first phone call, Lucy’s voice made me feel safe and reassured. I honestly thought I was speaking with a highly experienced woman in her mid-40sto 50s.
When we met in person for the flat viewing, I was so surprised to see that she was actually very young , yet incredibly mature, professional, and grounded.
