I let my flat for three years, following an attempted sale that fell through. I was guided through this process by Suzanne Seeley at Barnard Marcus, New Malden, who found satisfactory tenants very quickly. During these three years there were a number of problems caused by building work next door and a renovation of the upstairs flat (including water ingress through the ceiling), and various internal problems. Finally there was a delay to the end of tenancy, as my tenants had problems finding alternative accommodation. Suzanne helped me through all these difficulties in a friendly and professional manner, including recommending able and reliable craftsmen when needed. I felt in very safe hands and cannot recommend her too highly.
