Linas at Barnard Marcus has managed our tenanted property for over ten years, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

A worker helped us find a place after our first option got taken. He was kind and considerate and accommodating. We’re new home movers so we were very unknowing of this process and he made it easier for us. The agency were very professional and gave us every piece of information we needed. We also met Linus during the move in date who was also very accommodating and sweet. We really recommend this agency to any new movers. They make the whole process extremely easy.

Update:
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the workers at Barnard Marcus. A colleague was getting too close, being touchy and sending flirting texts. He’s also significantly older which is even weirder. I mentioned this to Adem at Barnard Marcus and they said they would following it up. Since February I haven’t heard anything back. The case was passed on to someone and I’ve heard nothing from her. It seems they don’t really care, which is disappointing since we really liked Barnard Marcus and the team we were given. I shouldn’t have to follow up on a case like this, as it was even hard for me to tell anyone, and they should have taken steps to make me feel safe or heard.

Ross was absolutely fantastic our entire mortgage journey. We had quite a few requests and several changes along the way, and he was always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. From start to finish, we truly felt supported and knew we were in safe hands.

One of the best pieces of advice Ross gave us was to secure a fixed-rate mortgage. At the time, we had no idea how the economy would develop, but thanks to his experience and sound judgment, we locked in an excellent rate. Looking back, that decision has saved us a significant amount of money.

My experience with Barnard Marcus estate agents is with their lettings department in finchley N12.
Having a number of properties in North Finchley I have been dealing with their lettings manager for the past 7 or 8 years.
What I like is the strong understanding and relationship with the same person for the whole timep. The lettings manager Linas to be very understanding of my requirements and very personable to deal with and I find him to be very efficient in his job.
All the rentals which I have given to Linas he has obtained good quality tenants within aabout two days and most recently within half a day.

As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend Ross Ashby highly enough. From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward.

What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey.
