Really great agents, Sophie at BM was patient, flexible and offered practical advice, wasn't using hard sell techniques but was pointing out great features or change of use etc. Very calm and friendly lady. Always got back very quickly with appointments also.

Given the market conditions, we were uncertain about when to move. Nathan patiently supported and guided us while we were considering our options, and was always available to give us advice.
His valuation and sale strategy was also the most accurate and fair in our view. Ultimately, after finally deciding to sell, we instructed them under an enormous amount of pressure in order to salvage our onward purchase after a private sale fell through and to move before our second baby arrived.
Toni did her best to get our ad us ASAP and to answer our questions and make sure we were happy with it.
Shariane in particular made a huge effort to secure viewings and ultimately a sale in 4 weeks. She was also good at communicating with us and understanding of the stress we were under.
