From the start, he came across as really friendly and approachable, which made a big difference because moving or dealing with property stuff can be quite stressful.

Jakub was always easy to get hold of and kept me updated without me having to constantly chase things. Even when there were delays or things that were out of his control, he still made sure to explain what was going on so I wasn’t left confused or worried. That level of communication really stood out to me.
