Imaan was very helpful as this was my first time buying a house. She was more helpfuly than my lawyers most of the time. She was very patient and calm and had all the answers. I believe we could have settled for a better price for me here, but that means she did her work well for the sellers too, so I can say that I got a good service.

Laquarn was really helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Made the experience easy and stress free. I’d definitely recommend working with him.

Prompt responses and helpful throughout the process - especially toward the end of the process when a lot of work had to be done to find the current tenants a new place to move to, which as I understand it a lot of work was done behind the scenes and only resulted in a very short delay. The initial viewing with Adam was good, after which Michael handled most of the process, but all of the team that we interacted with at Benjamin Stevens were very helpful. Erison, who handled our mortagage application was very helpful as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had an issue with the hot water in the property at first, but the team followed up and resolved the problem. I appreciate their support and the effort they made to fix it. Thank you for your help and service.
