Benn has done it again. Throughout a long and protracted conveyancing process he has always been a partner to me towards getting it done not simply an agent. I represent myself legally (it’s not that hard) and the main barrier is often the the other side making a relatively simple process overly complicated to justify a fee or a naive buyer not familiar with the process. Benn has been brilliant in bringing all sides together to produce the smoothest possible outcome.

We came to Benn after a poor experience from another company and were so glad we came to Benn, he made our experience of selling our property 10x better. Benn had a lot of time for us and made sure we were always updated with viewings and feedback. Although we had a buyer pull out, even when on holiday Benn quickly made sure our property was back on the market and then sold it again within a few weeks!

Communication is key! After a frustrating experience trying to sell our home with a mainstream high street estate agent, including a buyer pulling out, we turned to Benn. The level of service he provided was excellent and a complete night-and-day difference from our previous experience.

From the moment we listed with Benn, we received more viewings and much better feedback. All leads were properly qualified, and we had no no-shows, something that was relatively common with our previous agent. Benn quickly found us a buyer.

Although there were some delays and difficult moments during the sales process, Benn stayed on top of things, chasing solicitors and keeping us well-informed throughout.
