What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.

We have been searching for a rental property in Braintree for several months and have visited every available estate agency in the area. Our priority was to secure an affordable home in a desirable location.
