I would highly recommend Beresfords Colchester to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable team that know the housing market and processes extremely well, have access to great resources and will work hard to ensure that your best interests are in the forefront of their recommendations and advice. After my Mum passed away there was a lot to take care of including selling her house. Being resident in the USA and trying to sell the house was going to be a daunting task considering the distance and time difference. Richard and the other team members, Dan and Oli, made sure that we maintained excellent communications and kept the process moving forward. We had many people viewing the property and even though we had some challenges in finding the right buyer, and the process ended up taking longer than we expected they continued to work hard to get us to completion.
