We recently purchased our house through Beresfords, after searching a property 56 months and one other property that fell through.

Hollie at the Gidea Park Branch was great, it was such a relief to be in touch with one person from the viewing, offers, through to final Sale as that continuity makes the whole process feel a lot more personal.
Hollie was also aware that there was a lot more on the line than just the house. We were moving area with a chlid and needed to have exchanged before the the schools admission deadline, Hollie was tenacious in chasing the whole chain up and down trying to find where the problems were and keeping us informed at all times.
