James Brown was very helpful when I was in a pickle of a situation with a different transporter. He got me in touch with a carrier service Eric’s Express M Inc. They were super professional and very kind. James and the carrier service were very transparent, friendly and kept me in the loop! Car came with nothing wrong with it and in the exact amount of time they said it would take. Wake Forest to Sacramento for reference. Would definitely recommend them!

Oh boy, I was in a mad hunt to find a reputable enclosed shipper to transport a new car from Ukiah to the bay area. I got several quotes but Brookwide has the best competitive price and the communication from James Brown was flawlessly spectacular. He was on top of things more than I was lol

After weeks of the vehicle being stuck in some "in transit" status, it was finally delivered today precisely at the beginning of the drop-off window. I did pay slightly more than what was originally agreed upon but it was worth every penny - the process moved very quick once the car was at the dealership so James did what he could to find a last minute driver.

If I ever have to ship another car in the future, I'll no longer need to look elsewhere. Brookwide has my unanimous vote.

Anthony arranged everything smoothly and made adjustments as needed. The carrier he hooked us up with was fantastic , friendly and arrived right in their delivery windows. Vehicle arrived in the same condition it left it. Would def use again.
