Glen did a great job finding a shipper who could transport my landcruiser in a few days notice with a shipper with solid ratings and with my budget. I have used this shipping agent several times for coast to coast car shipping with success. Glen did a great job. I called him in the morning to get a car from North Georgia and he had it here the next day. There were complications like a HOA that would not allow certain trucks, and a couple other issues. No problems for him. He made all the calls and took care of everything. I never had to get involved except to receive the car. Easy. That's what I like.

I had my Honda Accord transported from Colorado to Florida. Everything went super well. Driver picking car up was on time and very courteous. I watched them load my car and they were very careful. I drove with my son in a Uhaul to Florida, and my car arrived in perfect condition before I did. My husband was home to accept. I couldn't have been happier with the service I got on both ends. This was my third time experience with Glen and his company. To say that he is just reliable, is an understatement- he is one of the most reliable and honest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I contacted him late at night the day I bought a car in another state. I told him the details and he called me back within 30 minutes with information about the driver, when my car was going to be picked up, and when I was going to have my car delivered. He was very honest with the price and straightforward with all aspects of the transaction. I found out that my car needed another day at the dealer before it could be released and contacted Glen right away, who handled the situation like a pro. It was such a breeze to work with him and he rescheduled the truck for another day, and my car even arrived a day early thanks to his excellent choice of truck driver. I am sure I'm going to use Glen for a fourth and fifth and even sixth time in the future. For a process that can be very nerve wracking, it's always worry free when my car is in Glens hands.
Two words "absolutely outstanding". I was recommended to Glen by a class mate. He said Glen took care of his car transport from A to Z with constant updates and communication. So what did I have to lose? Called Glen on Saturday morning to set up the transport of my car. Within an hour I had an appointment all set up and a drivers name and number about an hour later. Driver picked up the car and delivered it exactly like it was picked up. Glen and his company were amazingly courteous and helpful and answered all my questions that i had (and trust me I had a bunch). I even called him on Sunday night with a few extra questions and he picked up and was welcoming to the questions. I am sure this car transporting business is exhausting but i have never heard anything but Cheerfulness and readiness from Glen when I called him. More companies should be like CarShipperUSA, they were honest, and kind and made my experience head ache free.
I want to start out saying that Ive never transported a car before, so this was my first time. I contacted another company that will not be mentioned. After googling them I found out that this company was a really bad company and had lots of negative reviews. Upon finding a review of company 1, I found a review of Glens company. I called at 11pm. Glen answered the phone while he was relaxing at home. He then spent an hour on the phone with me answering every question I had under the moon. This was a Wednesday night. I said, I don’t want to be screwed over a second time. To which he said do not worry, me and my mom will take care of you. He said that I make sure I pick drivers/transporters that I trust doing the job for me. Thursday 10am, Evelyn (Glen’s Mom) called my mom (who was the sender of my car. By 1015am, they already had a truck ready to pick up my car. Friday noon rolls around, and guess what? My car won’t turn on, and my mom is freaking out because the transporter is down the block ready to load the car up. And guess what? Glen’s statement about “I make sure I pick drivers/transporters that I trust doing the job for me” shines the brightest light. The driver of the truck walked up my giant hill, and then proceeded to help my mom jump start my car with some jumper cables, and then as nice as can be inspected the car with my mom, and then drove it down the hill to the truck. Loaded the car onto the truck very carefully, taking the proper precautions because my car is lower then most normal cars. She said the car never touched the pavement, because they used boards to make sure it avoided dragging its front or back on the pavement. They then signed off, and they said the car will be in Miami on Sunday/Monday. My girlfriends parents received a really pleasant call from the driver (Gil) and he said he was going to try and deliver my car early, but it was too late and didn’t want to disturb them, so he will delivering the car on Monday afternoon by noon. Monday 1145am, the driver calls my girlfriends father and unloads the car as carefully as they put the car onto the truck. The driver (Gil) was fantastic and trustworthy and made you feel your car was safe. But GLEN and EVELYN. I would trust all of my cars in his hands. GLEN and EVELYN my hat goes off to you and your commitment to your work, and your thoroughness. You are amazing and I look forward to transporting all my future cars in your hands (and in Gil’s). Thank you for everything. You took every worry I had from the first company (who definitely was fishy beyond belief) and put me, my girlfriend, and both sets of parents at ease.
