When I first started looking for someone to move a very important car that my mother had left me before she had passed away and to get it From washington state to california was very intimidating until I contacted Christa's Excellent Auto LLC. All I had to do was give her the address where the car was located and the address where I needed it delivered She took care of everything from there. All I had to do was answer the door and sign for my car.It was that easy. She called me before the transport truck. Got to my dad's house. She contacted me after the car was on the trailer. She contacted me when the car was on its way. She contacted me before the driver Got to my house and she even contacted me a week later to make sure. I’ve used Christa 3 times now. 2019, 2020 for my 1954 Plymouth Savoy shipped from California to Michigan then Michigan to California. Now 2024 she helped me ship a 2003 Harley Davidson from Michigan to California. This was a present from my dad and it arrived in two days. My family and I have been enjoy it every day since. I was expecting my car to be picked up by American auto shipping company for a quite long time. Unfortunately, it was not and had the worst customer service ever. Great service, Christa was able to find me a pick up in a timely manner for a reasonable amount of money, especially on the Christmas eve. It was a great experience. Compare to other car shipping companies, this is by far one of the best and most organized companies. They will stay by your side until the car is delivered. The process was smooth and easy. There are so many choices & warnings of what to do and what not to do, it was very overwhelming trying to choose who to trust with my Cadillac. I was extremely pleased with Christa’s and highly recommend her service. She was super sweet, very thorough, explained the process in great detail to us and was in contact every single day until the car was delivered. Christa's Excellent Auto LLC was a lifesaver for my husband and me.
We were moving cross country and had figured out our moving companies (car shipping, moving our belongings, and vehicle rental) a month before. We had it all set and were planning to drive our rental vehicle cross country to get to our new place in time. A few days before our move, we were trying to contact our car shipping company to ask questions but could not get a hold of them for days (multiple phone calls, messages, emails). We were reasonably worried about moving without shipping our car. Finally, we got a hold of someone at the company and they said they could not ship it till an unknown date. My husband and I hesitantly started our search again in fear of getting burned again. Christa was working hard on a Sunday and communicated with me honestly about the car shipping world. It was an all day waiting game, but she worked hard to get us picked up...and we did!! We were leaving Monday morning and she made sure our car was picked up early that morning before we left. She communicated with us through the steps and the driver was great as well.
