Concordia provide us with excellent service shipping large import consignments from the USA to the UK. As an independent guitar shop, we not only need the best rates, we also need our shipments properly looked after. Concordia not only administer and transport our imports quickly and carefully, the level of customer support if problems ever arise is also outstanding. There is always a human being at the end of the phone, and they provide a personal service without the 'computer says no' culture that can be experienced with other big name couriers. I would highly recommend using Concordia if you are a UK wholesaler or retailer importing mainly from the USA.
