We were purchasing a property through Trinity and she was brilliant.

The property was being sold via 2 different estate agents, upon several attempts to book a viewing with the other (5 months later still haven’t actually confirmed a viewing for me) I contacted coopers by accident. Within 5 minutes of that phone call, Trinity arranged for me to view within the window I requested.

From start to finish she’s been in constant contact with me, with frequent updates and nothing but a pleasure, almost sad that our contact will end here.

The staff at Coopers did a fantastic of bringing in viewers and offers for our property in Park Avenue. They were friendly and professional throughout. A big shot out to Finlay, who got us past the finish line.

Jo has been absolutely brilliant to deal with. She’s professional, friendly and always quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. She keeps you updated throughout and makes sure things are dealt with properly and as quickly as possible. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and she genuinely cares about getting things sorted. I’d definitely recommend her!
