I have a house that i love but need to downsize. Put my beautiful house on with an estate agent for 6-mths and had 5viewings. One day i received a pink envelope through the post, the address was hand written, the envelope stamped, i opened the envelope to a flier for Daniel Ansel. I kept this because, in my head, it was additional effort to personally write the envelope, pur a stamp on and post. It was not electronically generated - it felt personal.

Disillusioned with the estate agent i had initially used - i telephoned Daniel for an initial chat to see what he thought he could do that my estate agent hadn’t. An appointment made, a proper discussion took place - the decision made - my estate agent was changed and i was under the care of Daniel - which i purposely say because i felt i had entrusted my house and myself to Daniel.

What, you may ask, was it that he could do that no-one else had? He actually used old school approaches to selling a house - he spoke to people he picked up the telephone. He gave good advice in person and on the phone - i didnt have to go to an app or a website. Every time i have contacted Daniel he has responded - even over Christmas. He has even provided recommendations for conveyancing.

I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours. He is a lovely chap and knowledgeable! Clearly loves his job! And is a miracle worker. But the most outstanding thing about Daniel and the way he operates is that you can actually speak to a person! He does not expect you to know everything and does not treat you like an idiot.

I can’t recommend any other person to sell your property he is an amazing guy - easy to chat to, puts you at ease and protects your interests also.

Daniel is really helpful, knowledgable and always there if you have any questions that need answering. We wouldn’t be able to have gone through this process without his help, Daniel definitely goes above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone!
