Brilliant service from start, to finish, to after sale. Daniel and Sarah have been great. Daniel sold our house within 6 days of it hitting the market (11 viewings and 3 offers). He’s calm, confident and experienced. Sarah proactively kept us up to date with progress and next steps with our sale and purchase. I would definitely recommend!

Daniel and Sarah really are the best of the best when it comes to estate agents. We sold our house with Daniel and after our first meeting with him had absolutely no hesitation entrusting him with the job. We listed just before Christmas as it was a time period that suited us and had sold for the price we wanted by the beginning of January, but I have no doubt had we listed any other time of year Daniel would have sold it quicker. Daniel was always at the end of the phone when needed be it by phone call or WhatsApp and sales aside, he’s an absolutely brilliant bloke with a wicked sense of humour (which is definitely needed when dealing with me and my husband!). Sarah is fantastic at what she does and kept us updated regularly on where we were with our sale and chasing solicitors at either end of the sale.
I cannot fault the process from start to finish, both me and my husband agreed if we were to ever sell our new house we would use Daniel Property Group without hesitation as they really do put the big chain groups to shame!

Daniel and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and I would absolutely recommend them.
Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about the area and I always felt confident that he would be able to sell our house. From the beginning you could tell that the service provided was the best possible and he was doing everything possible to sell our house even in a tough market. Having a WhatsApp chat was brilliant and through that, Daniel was always available and responded quickly to any and every query we had. Both Daniel and Sarah were excellent at chasing and progressing the move throughout.
One thing I would say that really stood out, was Daniel's dedication to our move. My partner and I both work full time so on numerous occasions, we didn't have anyone to let someone in during the week to do a survey or other things and Daniel was able to let them in and sit in the house while they did what they needed to. This was massively appreciated and prevented having to come up with other arrangements to get these appointments done as soon as possible.
Overall, I can't recommend highly enough, Daniel's dedication, expertise and helpfulness were all brilliant and to add to that, he's also just a really friendly and nice guy!

We honestly can’t recommend Daniel Property Group enough. From the very beginning, Daniel was so easy to get hold of and replied to every question, no matter how small, straight away. Nothing ever felt like a hassle. He’s friendly, approachable and just really easy to deal with, which makes such a difference when you’re moving house. Being local to the area, Daniel clearly knows the market inside out which gave us real confidence.
Unlike other Estate Agents, using WhatsApp (with our permission) worked brilliantly for us. It felt quick, modern and kept everything moving. Daniel and Sarah were amazing at chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and pushing things forward whenever needed. They completely took the stress out of the process and kept everyone communicating. We managed to complete within three months, even with the two week Christmas period in the middle, and I genuinely don’t think the sale would have gone through so quickly without their persistence and constant communication.

Dan was fantastic from the moment we first started working with him, which we decided to do straight after he showed us round a property. Our house had been on the market for 6 months and whilst a lot of interest, we had nothing concrete in terms of offers, but within 3 weeks of having it with Dan we sold at asking price.
