I had a fantastic experience working with David Astburys, and specifically with Mario, who helped us secure our flat. From start to finish, Mario was incredibly fast to respond and highly professional. He managed to arrange a viewing for us on very short notice, and even sent over detailed videos to help us make our decision. He was incredibly helpful in facilitating smooth communication between us, the former tenants, and the landlord.
The third-party referencing platform used by the agency did have some technical issues on their end, but Mario jumped in immediately to sort it out and helped us get our approval in no time. Throughout the entire process, he was proactive and attentive without ever being too pushy. I highly recommend David Astburys as an agency, and Mario in particular, if you want a seamless renting experience in London!

I believe David Atburys is the best letting agency on the high street, beating all the other "larger" agents. They offer a more personalized service than the others which is very important these days.
