We engage an external trainer each quarter for our team and were delighted with David presentation and coaching of our team of 30 here in Cornwall. The training was interactive and covered topics that we had previously discussed with David as issues the team were having with certain aspects. As we are predominately a lettings agency the training was tailored more to that side of the agency bit incorporated the sales aspect as well.
