We used David after being let down by a large well known estate agency. He came highly recommended, and after just one meeting we knew we had made the right choice. Previously, after 3 months on the market and wasted viewings, we were no further with a sale, let alone any offers, but within 2 weeks David had got us 3 viewings, of which the third made an offer! And the asking price too😁🏠

Now l know why they call some estate agents ‘negotiators’ , because David was the glue that kept the whole process moving from start to finish.
