We met David last year when he was selling a neighbour’s house. We were very impressed with his unique service, certainly one of a kind. David’s attention to detail in the way he produced our property details, his photography and video skills were superb, a cut above the rest. He was always on hand seven days a week sometimes with calls late into the evening. Our questions were always answered promptly as David knew exactly what was happening at every stage, something which is not always the case with other companies and nothing was too much trouble. Choosing David, an independent estate agent was the best experience we have ever had and we have had 9 moves over the years.

We found that David went above and beyond the call of duty when we bought through his agency. We recently moved to Tavistock from Worcestershire and it was so reassuring to know that David was ‘on the ground’ in Tavistock sorting things out for us - including talking to builders and neighbours on our behalf.
