Dom was very clear and direct about what needed to change with the property and importantly, none of it involved lowering the price. Zoe then put together a really clear plan for us to follow.

I can't recommend Dom enough as an estate agent, in fact I'm questioning doing this because I'd like to keep him as Gloucestershire's best kept secret so he doesn't get too busy to be my estate agent in the future!

Before working with Dom I was really skeptical about the value estate agents provided, seeing them as an expensive nuisance who complicated the relationship between buyer and seller and just used Zoopla/Rightmove.

I could not have been more wrong - Dom is an old fashioned estate agent in the best way, guiding, advising and chasing for his clients during every step of the home selling process. Him and his wife Zoe (who is a home styler) came & met me for about 45 minutes to advise on how I should modify my flat to best attract buyers. This was invaluable and they kept my budget and resources in mind which was great. Sure enough within about 3.5 weeks of my flat being put on the market, Dom had sold it, to the 4th viewer. I still can't quite believe what a painless experience the selling process has been for me and think that's pretty much all down to Dom's management and customer service.
