Donna is amazing at her profession. No question was too stupid as she eased and guided us from start to finish. (Nothing worse than feeling stupid)!! She answered all emails and phone calls with calmness, expertise and in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked in on us regularly and offered us invaluable advice. (We did have a few problems with our sale)!

As a person, she is always pleasant, approachable and lovely to be around. On viewings she would offer helpful tips on what could be done in the property and her knowledge of local tradesmen and the area really helped.

If you’re selling a house in Attleborough and its surrounding areas, Donna is absolutely the agent you must sign up to sell it.

I reached out to a number of agents to undertake a valuation and I knew Donna was the one for me as soon as I received her email response. Rather than the copy and paste robotic response that you get from everyone else - most of which ignored the info I’d already provided - she sent a warm email that was tailored to me and expressed a genuine interest to sell my house. As soon as I met Donna, it was evident that she was genuinely passionate about my property and so I cancelled the other valuations and signed her contract.

Donna created great content from my house, I was really pleased with the pictures and as she has a good following on socials she was able to line up a few viewings despite it being a tough market.

Throughout the sale, Donna was responsive, helpful and professional but importantly for me she was empathetic. With a lot of people you feel like just another transaction or commission to them but that wasn’t the case with Donna. I really enjoyed working with her and I can’t recommend her enough!

Donna’s first sale as an independent was representing us in the purchase of Wishwood at Bunwell Hiil. Not only was she professional and thorough but she went out of her way over her first weekend during the change over to accommodate us with an internal inspection. Donna continued to monitor the offer to acceptance which was complicated by trustees appointed taking vacation at crucial times and remained calm throughout even on completion day where the trustees had an unexpected hiccup not releasing the keys until after 5.30pm which Donna delivered personally.
