Door to Door Transport

We have used Door to Door transport these last 4 years to move our daughter’s car from CT to FL and back throughout her time at college in Florida. We worked with JR who always found us a driver at fair and reasonable prices and kept us informed on all the necessary details. It isn’t always an easy process but he made it as smooth as possible. The car always arrived safely each time. We will continue to use Door to Door for all future car shipment needs and highly recommend.

Door To Door Transport provided an inexpensive and relatively easy end to end transport service for my vehicle (kia EV6). Their customer service was prompt, professional and helpful. I did experience some communication problems regarding when exactly my car was to be picked up from the dealer and when it would be delivered, but I think that was a fluke issue. All in all this is a solid company for a competitive price.

My earllier mover after 3 days search still had not found a driver and i had a flight in 3 days.
In a panic i started looking for a new mover i called several but none had the room.
Then i called Door to Door and spoke to Kelly. He made me feel better and jumped right into getting a driver,he was a total pro. I knew he would get this handled and i know i was a real pain with many calls to him but he was fantastic and totally took care of me and just like he promissed the driver was there the next afternoon to pick up the car.
The driver was fantastic and kept me informed all the way. 4 days later my car arrived.

This is my 8th time shipping cars across country and I have used Door to Door every time. This was the first time they really struggled to get my two cars shipped and it didn’t happen within the windows contact said. It wasn’t their fault—as everyone I know was struggling to get cars shipped with diesel prices and high demand. But, JR eventually did it done and my cars shipped quickly across from Virginia to California.

He answered the phone on Monday morning. He had my car on a transport truck on Thursday evening and it was actually at its destination following Monday evening.
