After getting a bate and switch pricing from another company (more than doubles the quote the day of pickup), we searched the BBB and found Driving America Auto Transport. We were in a jam because we need the car delivered by a certain date. Justin assured me they would take care of us and get our car picked up quickly. He gave us a 72 hour window, but actually called us back within a short time and had arranged for a next day pickup! Although the 1st window given was delayed by some time due to driver issues, the car was picked up that next evening. We received the car within a few days on the other side the States. Justin was very helpful and communicative. Once transport is scheduled, you deal with the dispatch about details, but Justin was available for other questions. We would definitely use this company again. They really helped us in a pinch!
I had Justin who was very helpful from the beginning, we had a easy set up… once set up, I was put in communication with Katherine who was giving me all the information, making sure the the process continued smoothly, and even my driver Sino notified me about everything, I was given email receipts of everything, very professional, great service! 10/10 recommend

Wow ! These folks are amazing ! 1st long distance move I’ve dealt with and Driving America - Justin was recommended by a friend . A lot of coordination involved since we had to leave the car with a friend and pick up the car in a location other than our address. Justin was super patient with our ever changing closing date on the home we didn’t have a definite pickup date until late in the game . We were in contact with the dispatcher, Katherine many times and she was always professional , friendly , helpful and efficient - super quick with a response every time ! The car arrived early and the Driver , Andy is a Rock star ! Worked with a last minute change in the drop off point - It’s apparent from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job :) Highly recommend them and wouldn’t think of using anyone else if needed. I just recently had a car shipped from Orlando Florida to Manassas Virginia last week. I had a very good experience from the day Justin and I talked i knew he was the company I wanted to haul the car. The whole ordeal was very professional from the 2 week wait to the actual shipping day. Wow it only left left Florida Friday at 530pm and arrived the next day in Manassas at 3pm. Katherine is the best. This is the second time I used Driving America and she was always available and patient with me and my daughter. Katherine was always professional and believes in communication. My daughter's car was delivered with no issues and on the date and time scheduled.
