Many thanks to the great team at Edward Mellor's, Hazel Grove. At the outset, good advice from Chris Taberner re appropriate valuation, a great set of photos taken, which really showcased my property well.  I then dealt with Emma and the team: Jack, Ben and Ryan.  Viewings were arranged very quickly and within 10 days of going live on 'Rightmove', I had 16 viewers and 5 offers on the table.  What a hard working team! Emma is in the office at almost the crack of dawn and I once sent her an e mail on a Sunday - expecting her to read it on the Monday morning (when I would be driving to Wales so unable to send it) but she replied to me that evening - what dedication!  All the team have been so polite and helpful throughout.  Now that I have accepted an offer I am in the hands of Natalie and look forward to working with her to bring the whole process to a successful conclusion.<br>This team are highly recommended!
