Ive used Hunters in Camberwell for a long time for rental and recently for a sale and they have been absolutely great. Everything was looked after for me when renting and they were great at communicating anything that came up. Raymond was punctual, informed local area and on the flat. Was also very warm but still professional. He remembered what I had told him I liked on the phone about preferences, despite the fact he must speak to several people daily! This was helpful as we didn’t need to repeat ourselves. We will not be proceeding with the property he showed us but our paths may cross in terms of future properties.

We had a Level 2 survey carried out by Jamie at Precise Surveyors and were extremely impressed with the service. Jamie was very personable, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He arranged the inspection promptly and delivered the full report within 48 hours of viewing the property. The report itself was clear, detailed, and included lots of annotated photos which made everything easy to understand. Jamie also took the time to speak with us afterwards to walk through the findings, explain what was important, and give practical advice on next steps. He was very happy to answer follow-up questions and gave us real confidence moving forward with the purchase. We would highly recommend Precise Surveyors.

I was referred to Precise by two friends who had used them in the past. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. Kerry handled our initial enquiry really well and clearly explained the process, stages, and what to expect. Jamie was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He carried out the survey and later walked me through the report in a follow-up call, which was really appreciated. Overall, a great all-round service and I will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

I am very impressed with the managed service provided by We Let Properties. They recently conducted a periodic inspection of my property at Deansgate Square, and the 11-page report was incredibly thorough. They did an excellent job documenting every room with clear photos and specific rankings for cleanliness and decor. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail in identifying a maintenance issue with the sealant in one of the bathrooms that needs addressing. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my investment is being so well-monitored. Highly recommended!

Looked at a listing for the town I wanted, advert gave road and town. Looked further on their website and the road is nowhere near the town it stated (was a good price for the town it said it was but overpriced for the town it was actually in!). Very misleading.
