They provided a very personal service, always ringing back if we left a message and answering any questions, no matter how small. It was reassuring to deal with the same two people throughout the process.
This was our fourth move to different parts of the country and, in our experience, Fine & Country are the best estate agents we have used.

Helen was a brilliant narrator who understood the finer points of the architecture of the house and how it flowed so well. She easily related this to the buyer. Rosie and colleagues were flawless in the office. The photographer was excellent and the pictures showed all the best aspects of the house. The whole experience was a delight and we went forward to completion in just 5 months from putting the house on the market. The advice we received from them was invaluable in how to present the house. All in all a fabulous experience in selling a house.

When I first chose Fine & Country, I dealt with Piers and Gillian. I found Piers to be the typical salesman. He would do anything to 'get the sale', and once I had signed up, nothing that he promised happened, and multiple mistakes were made. Gillian, I found to be very blunt, short, and unsympathetic to my situation (I was the executor of my Mum and Dads estate). I felt I was always chasing her, and I live in Newcastle, have my own family, and run my own business. After the second sale fell through, I genuinely intended to leave Fine and Country and find a new estate agent because the service had been so bad but then Piers and Gillian left with immediate effect and Rosie took over and honestly the difference in service was unbelievable.

If Rosie arranged a time to ring me with an update without fail, she rang. She was always on my side, pushing for the sale. She explained every step of the process to me and always gave me the best advice.

Not normally one to wax lyrical about businesses but credit where it is due.

Piers came and did the initial walk through. We talked about many things and after an hour or so the worry of selling had long gone. He was kind courteous and genuinely interested in both myself and the property. He took the time to answer unrelated questions that made me understand the process.

Jill oversaw the viewings, with bookings organised and even uploaded to my calendar. She took the time to really dig into the house, not just in a bricks and mortar sense but the history and surroundings that make it a home. Attention to detail is not something that can be faked, Jill has it in spades.

Rosie kept in touch with me, making sure that i was happy with the various bookings. Making sure my questions were directed to the right people. Always polite and well spoken. First contact is imperative and Rosie is an exemplary example.

Last but no means least is Gemma, I'm not sure how you kept a straight face with my dumb questions both over the phone and in emails.
Often things go wrong during a house sale but Gemma is Fine and country's own Terminator. The speed in which she operates is honestly unbelievable, often multiple steps ahead of the game with laser guided precision.

These skills individually are worth hiring Fine and country for, together they are the reason you shouldn't go anywhere else.

From start to finish Fine & Country were always there to answer any queries - cannot rate them highly enough. I don't know what I'd have done without Gillian - she is a great asset to the highly professional team.
