I instructed Glasshouse after eighteen months of failing to sell my house in Ledbury with another agent. I was impressed by their dynamism and fresh approach. Sam excellently navigated the process, I had two offers within several months, selling my house recently within six. I cannot recommend Glasshouse more highly,especially Sam’s professionalism and dedication to complete the sale. He listened to my concerns and showed considerable empathy throughout the process.

My agent initially sat me down to talk me through the process. He gave me a to do list. After having the kitchen painted I could appreciate his comments. I moved furniture, took away unnecessary items in the house and garden. With his advice I was able to present my property in a better light as confirmed by the agent's drone photographs and those of the photographer. The agent was prompt to arrange and show round prospective buyers.
He also gave good feed back.
