Amazing service, totally customised. Guy listens to your needs, makes suggestions from his expert knowledge and experience, and you work together to sell or rent your home. Guy is very supportive not only with whole emotional process of, in my case, selling; he also has a great team of traders and professionals he can recommend at the drop of a message to help you get things done, in order to make the process smooth, very reasonably priced and expertly completed.

We met and worked with Guy Daly when we bought our flat in West Hampstead, London, more than five years ago in 2018.

Recently we sold it to move to the countryside, and Guy was our go-to agent. We didn't even consider working with anyone else, we wanted to work exclusively with Guy.

And there are several reasons for which we chose Guy, that proved consistent across the two experiences.

Firstly, we felt understood as clients, we felt 'seen'. Know that Guy sells and buys 'homes', not just houses. And as clients, to work with someone empathetic and who cared about the relationship we had with our 'home', in which we've put our heart not only our money, was key.

Secondly, Guy's integrity was fundamental for us. He's fair, considerent for all sides involved, making sure that everybody wins.

And thirdly, he's hands on. He's not just passing info from one side to another, the 'forward' type of guy. He assesses, advices, intervenes if required.

We felt we had a partner we could trust fully, an experience significantly different than with any other agent we encountered throughout the years.
