Heather managed to put our house on the market within 48 hours of our initial request. This included photos and floor plans. She then managed to secure 9 viewings within a further 48 hours. 2 interested buyers then both placed offers and we sold on the second day of viewings. It took less than a week to put the house on the market and sell. All this over the Easter weekend where Heather worked tirelessly to sell our house as urgently as possible as she knew the house we wanted to buy would go quickly. Because of this, we managed to purchase the house we wanted.
We managed to complete the sale within 6 weeks of accepting the offer. Goes to show that you can sell fast if you have the right estate agent and legal services (we used Becky Jackson at Thomson and Jackson who Heather works closely with).
By far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent and would highly recommend.

Heather is simply outstanding! Buying a house can often prove just as stressful as selling, in my lengthy experience of buying and selling. Heather has superb communication skills and an ability to absorb the pressure, yet still keep smiling and reassuring! Moving to a brand new area can be daunting, quite apart from being in a chain, whether 6 or 12 transactions long. My wife and I found Heather's attitude and professionalism way beyond what we've experienced before. Heather works very long hours and works behind the scenes to chase vendors, solicitors, council planning departments. Everything done superbly, on time, every time.
