I would highly recommend Jack if your plannng on selling, his honestly and keeping you up to date and fully informed of marketing at present were exceptional. We had a rough patch of two failed attempts with another company and moving to Jack was the best move we made. He found a buyer and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I recently made an offer on a property marketed by Jack Nutley and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

After submitting an offer that was £15,000 higher than the offer reportedly accepted, I later became aware that the sellers may have been given incorrect information about my position as a buyer, specifically that my purchase depended on selling a property in Canada. This was not accurate and did not reflect my actual ability to proceed.

In addition, I had indicated that I was willing to increase my offer further if necessary, however it appears that this may not have been clearly communicated to the sellers before they made their decision. As a result, they may not have been aware that a higher offer was available, which could potentially have meant losing at least £15,000 in sale value.

When I asked for clarification about how my offer and buyer position had been presented, communication was unfortunately discontinued rather than the matter being addressed transparently.

Buying a property is a major financial decision, and buyers rely on estate agents to accurately represent offers and circumstances to sellers. In this case, the lack of clarity and communication was frustrating and has led me to escalate the matter through the appropriate complaint channels.

I hope this review encourages greater transparency in how offers and buyer positions are communicated in the future.

Jack was exceptional from start to finish, in the process of finding tenants for our property. Always extremely professional and friendly, he guided us through the process of becoming compliant landlords, marketed our rental property accurately and conducted viewings with a high level of care. I would highly recommend his services.
