I have just purchased my first home through James Sherratt estate agents and what fantastic service I received. James originally showed me around the property and was extremely helpful and pleasant. From then I dealt with Carly who had such a friendly approach and made the whole experience stress free with prompt responses and updates for the duration , also having the ability to view the house on more than one occasion since the offer was accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I would absolutely recommend this team for a personable approach and a stress free experience. Well what can I say, we have not been the easiest of sellers, we couldn’t find somewhere to buy and lost out on a buyer, we have phoned and emailed at random times with random questions we have been strict on what we will and won’t accommodate and James and Carly have been fantastic at communicating between us and the buyers. This is the second time James has sold a property for us and I can not recommend him and his team highly enough. Not only do they have fantastic local knowledge, realistic pricing goals and professional yet approachable attitudes, they provide honest recommendations and go out of their way to provide the best service possible. We first met James when we viewed a house before our own was on the market, during the viewing James gave us so much information about the home and had answered all our questions before we managed to ask any. After this we knew we’d ask James to be the one list our house for sale as it was evident how much work he puts into it.

No matter the size of your property, use these guys! Both local agents with years experience and they just go above and beyond any other agent in town! Carly even did a viewing on a sunday evening. James has talent with his camera and goes into depth with his pictures and how its marketed and managed to sell my house to one of the first viewers! Far superior service here than with your normal bigger firms! They're always there to listen, advise and celebrate along the way with you. Thankyou guys!
