We've been looking for a home for the past couple of years and it felt like every good option was already sold, or we would just not be taken seriously by the estate agents. We were lucky enough to stumble on a property sold via Joe Vieira and the difference in approach was fenomenal. We were able to do a viewing in the evening (7.30) as we both work longer hours, we had wapp messages answered late in the evening, and for once we were lucky enough to find someone who knew about the properties and would not create this sense of secrecy by withholding basic information.
Transparency was key, and through the process of buying with Joe, we felt like we knew exactly what was happening as he would engage both parties as well as both solicitors.

From the very beginning he was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Our property was listed quickly and the quality of the photos and videos was excellent — great lighting, staging, and presentation that really showed the house at its best.

Thanks to this, our home sold in under a week for the full asking price. It definitely wasn’t priced low either, as another property with the same new-build design nearby sold for significantly less, so we were really pleased with the result.

Throughout the process Joe was extremely proactive. He was constantly chasing up and down the chain, pushing other agents and following up with solicitors when things were moving too slowly. There were times when we thought the sale might fall through due to unnecessary delays elsewhere in the chain, but Joe’s persistence and initiative kept everything moving and ultimately got the sale over the line.

Communication was excellent the whole way through. Joe was always available on the phone or WhatsApp whenever we needed an update or had questions, which made a stressful process much easier.

He also recommended a brilliant mortgage advisor who helped us secure our dream home. The fact that they already had a working relationship meant they could communicate easily and push deadlines when needed, which was invaluable.

Joe helped us sell our house and was very helpful and transparent from the beginning to end. He always gave useful advice and would keep us up-to-date with everything. Alongside this, he brought a professional photographer to take great photos of the house and upload on Rightmove. He also recommended a really helpful and fast solicitor who dealt with all the boring stuff. We were a first time buyer using the help to buy scheme, and Joe made sure we had a decent surveyor to survey the house before we applied for redemption with Help to Buy.

Joe is genuinely fantastic, he doesn’t put your house on the market. He *sells* your house. With Joe, we sold the house the same day as the official photos were being taken. Previously we had tried to sell our house with a high street agency, they had the house on the market for 4 months, 20-30 inquiries and visits but 0 offers!

The difference being: Joe doesn’t just put your house on the market and wait. Joe *sells* your house. He dresses it with furnishings we would personally never use ourselves but look FANTASTIC in photos and when people visit. He has a bank of interested buyers already who he starts to offer interest in the property, from day one. He knows what people are interested in seeing and flaunts those features in your house. He’s honest too, he’d say if something is worth investing in to sell or if it’s not a problem.

100% we sold our house because of Joe, we literally were nowhere until he got it done.

We also bought through Joe, he was super helpful going through complicated (and frankly unnecessary) documents our solicitor needed even applying for some of them himself, while calling our vendors solicitors and giving them un-gentle nudges to do their job on time.
