I am posting this to warn others of the significant financial and personal damage caused by this agency’s negligence. Before placing my offer, I specifically asked Sam for confirmation on the property’s status; I was guaranteed it was vacant and chain-free. This information proved to be entirely incorrect. Relying on this guarantee, I spent four months living in hotels and Airbnbs, working tirelessly to reach the point of exchange, only for the sale to collapse at the last minute because the property was not as described. The fallout has been disastrous: I was left with substantial abortive solicitor fees, months of unnecessary housing costs, and personal stress that I am still dealing with two years later. This was not just a "disappointment"—it was a complete professional failure. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Do not rely on the "guarantees" provided by this office.

Amazing experience cannot fault the service we got from Scott from start to finish. We went to Scott on a personal recommendation, and am so glad we did.
