Kate was great from start to finish. Very approachable and easy to work with, which I think is very important with a house move. Where do we even start? All the positive words in the English dictionary are not enough to describe Kate and how wonderful she truly is. We were the buyers of a property that was listed by her, and from the very first encounter we felt a warmth towards her. She is charming, and also very real and honest- a trait that is difficult to find these days when buying a house. She was there for us throughout the process, and nothing was too much to ask- she chased, reassured and kept the chain in check. Although she was away for a few weeks, she did not leave any pages unturned, and we had the pleasure of speaking with another lovely person- Charlotte- who was also efficient and helpful. It is said that moving home is one of the most stressful life events there is. Not so with Kate. Kate listened to what we wanted in a home and found us an ideal match. She supported us through every step of the process coordinating tirelessly with all parties involved to move the process forwards, never has buying a home been so painless. I cannot recommend Kate and her team enough. She is quick to respond to enquires (at all hours) and has a seemingly never ending amount of patience and understanding when dealing with the various hiccups and roadblocks encountered in the purchase of a house. After what seemed like at times a process that was forever ongoing, she has secured us our sale, and we couldn’t be happier. She predicted and was right about everything she could foresee from the market to the type of people who would be interested and just the whole process.
