The whole process took less than a week to get our house on the market from her initial visit to getting photos and videos uploaded to all the key property selling websites. We first met Katrina in April,following an advert that advertised as being open until 9pm,and from that opening response her attitude and approach to the task has been 101%.
Her ability to understand the market place in terms of realistic valuation along with marketing strategy,in our case flawless.
One of the key components in all transactions is clear and concise communication,again another area where she excelled in the whole process from start to finish.
