Where do I begin...? Right from the very first phone call, Louise was very helpful, and accommodating to arrange a first viewing. She was very open, honest and transparent about the sellers position, timelines and other people viewing the same property. Louise was patient while we arranged for a second viewing. At that time she helped me to formulate a plan on an offer that would likely be accepted against some stiff competition. I was fortunate that my offer was accepted and so we were off! Louise also recommended a firm of conveyancers who I then instructed and they were absolutely fabulous (I would use them again). It really helped the house purchasing process. Then came the no man's land of searches, registry entries and finally trying to arrange mutual exchange and completion dates for the chain. Louise was amazing in calling all parties up and down the chain and co ordinating us dizzy buyers and sellers. I will forever be appreciative of Louise helping me to make this purchase. I therefore recommend her to any potential client without hesitation or exception.
