When I decided to market my flat, I considered various options of which estate agency to use. I decided to use Mark Bainbridge of EXP.UK, because he is a very experienced agent who had recently set up his own business. I reckoned that being at the outset of a new business, he would be eager to succeed and able to provide a more personal service. I was right. He was always very easily contactable and arranged a lot of viewings in a relatively short period of time. He advised me on the best way to market the property and found two potential buyers quite quickly. Everything went very smoothly, apart from the lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude of the buyer’s solicitor. Mark and his colleague, Chris Reed (Sales Progressor), were very helpful with this as well and it was their tenacity that finally got some action from the buyer’s solicitor.
