I cannot really put in to words how amazing Neil has been! But I will try…

Neil was recommended to me by an agent friend in the UK when I said we were looking to move to Spain. We didn’t really know where to start at the point and from the very first conversation with Neil (which lasted around 2 hours haha!) I knew we’d struck gold. Neil spent time finding out who we were and what we wanted from our move to Spain - it wasn’t the easiest either considering we were three generations of family moving together. I know we’d have never come across the area we now live in (Costa Blanca North) which is beyond, perfect, if it hadn’t been for Neil.
Neil is unlike any other agent I know…always on the end of the phone (and not just in relation to properties and locations) but also with support in terms of general life here and navigating the complexities of Spanish bureaucracy!

We came over to Spain and met Neil on two occasions - the first gave us a real sense of properties within our budget and locations we loved and even though we weren’t in a buyable position at that point, Neil showed us around properties and places and sat with us for coffees and lunches so we could chat over our likes/dislikes. I mean it when I say he really got to know US!

We came back over for another week as soon as were in a position to buy and that’s when Neil found us our dream home! In between our two visits, Neil was like my agony uncle! Supporting us via calls and what’s app with just about everything.
My 13 year old son actually calls him ‘Uncle Neil’.

If, like us, you want to make the move to buy property in Spain, and maybe like us you don’t know where to start, or perhaps you’re further through your journey than we were, you honestly won’t find better than Neil to help you. His knowledge of the Costa Blanca is incredible and his ability to make you feel part of the family and not just a client is equally as incredible.

Delighted to report we found these agents by accident this time last year. Neil Collins asked us to tell him exactly what we were looking for so he could ensure any properties he brought to our attention were right for us. We were expecting a long wait as our request was quite specific. Unexpectedly Neil contacted us within two weeks with an ideal property - which was a bit of a shock! He then helped us through all the procedure including visiting the Police for a NIE number and we completed at the beginning of May 2016. I cannot recommend them enough. Always attentive, helpful and informative. Being a partnership of an Englishman and a Spaniard you have the best of both worlds. If you are looking for a property in the Benidorm/Costa Blanca area they are definitely the ones to contact for excellent service. We are very happy with our purchase
