We are very happy with Nested and the exceptional service they provide.

We have first decided to go with Nested because of the “buying agent” services they offer as we thought we could use professional help while moving out of the area we knew. In the end, we have worked with Nested team for about a year, and they assisted us with two sales (the first one sadly fell through) and onward purchase. We felt we were very well supported at each stage of the house moving process.

The whole team provided 5-star customer service. Amir, Oscar, Maddy, and Harry were great with arranging viewings and providing feedback. We were also able to book a weekly call to discuss the next steps. Emily (the buying agent) helped us a lot during the process of searching for a new home. She provided very helpful home reports and practical advice on making an offer, she also negotiated the purchase price on our behalf. A special “thank you” goes to Daniel, our conveyancing progressor, who worked closely with us both times to make sure things were progressing in a timely manner. Daniel was great with liaising between us and our buyers, he was in touch on a regular basis, always available to discuss the progress and to advise on the next steps, always supportive and reassuring.

What I value about Nested service the most is the fact that it was always very personal and the dedicated team would often go an extra mile to help.

An online account to track viewings, buyers’ feedback and onward purchase reports was a useful addition to the Nested service but their most valuable asset is the team of amazing people. Thank you again for helping us on our journey.

Nested sold our flat within a week, for a good price. One service we weren't expecting which turned out to be invaluable was the help we received from Emily as our buying agent - her expert advice on the property we were buying allowed us to secure it at a lower price than we would've offered without her help. She made a huge difference at a stressful time!

The reason for giving four stars rather than five was because the progress of our sale turned out to be rather painful, and although this was largely due to the attitude of our buyers, we felt there was more Nested could've done to manage the relationship and to provide us with some more reassurance. It didn't help that Nested handed the sale over from one agent to another after we accepted the offer, and although we appreciate we were selling at a busy time, it was often very difficult to get hold of anyone on the numerous occasions when our buyers threw spanners in the works or made unrealistic demands.

At the end of the day the sale worked out, but we feel Nested could have done more to make it a less painful experience.

Nested have been excellent throughout the whole process of selling and buying. Excellent customer service from every single person, high quality photo/videos and great access to statistics and data so you know what is really happening with your sale and allows more trust compared to normal agents. They offered great, honest advice and support throughout the conveyancing process with both our buyers and the venders agent of the place we were buying.

We also loved the buying service offer - helping us really understand background information on the homes we were interested in and we found the advice on offer strategies invaluable.

Emily and Nicole were absolute pleasures throughout and continued to offer support when various blips came up theoughout the searches/mortgage process.

We recently used Nested to sell our house. We were impressed by their responsive and considered apporach.

Not only did they sell our house and manage the process, they were very considrate in arranging viewings. With 2 young children, trying to keep the house presentable was a challenge, Nested always gave us plenty of notice of viewings and we didn't have any no-shows.

This approach was significantly different from the more establish agency we tried first who would give very little notice of viewings with a significant number of short notice cancelations & no-shows - very frustrating after frantically tidying the house for the last minute viewing.
