Nick Reid the estate agent is very different from other estate agents I have used in the past. He gives his full attention to your needs, and has a positive and approachable manner. He goes above and beyond to tie up deals, much faster and efficiently than the high street estate agents. He genuinely cares about helping people secure a home. Nick Reid is very easy to communicate with and a straight talker. I tried the likes of guild hall sales & lettings estate agents, farrell heyworth estate agents, dewhurst homes and roberts & co....all based in ashton on ribble in Preston, and even the likes of reeds rains and entwistle green via zoopla and rightmove. Out of all of those estate agents, only Nick Reid came up trumps. I think his personal attention is what helps him to stand out among the others. With the others, I felt just like a number and sometimes I did not even get a reply from my enquiries with those lot. But Nick Reid was always replying and helpful. I will definitely use Nick Reid again in future if I ever require his estate agent services again.
