I was looking for a specialist conveyancing solicitor and I was talked through the process for well over half an hour so that they understood my needs. I have now been put in contact with a solicitor (within hours of the call) and the fee is fixed and agreed up front (with back-up should this be needed.) Very impressed so far.

Had reservations about talking to a ‘legal broker’ having been referred to by our estate agent but came away from our phone call with Claudine feeling very reassured that we had made the right decision to go through them. It’s very daunting buying your first property and there are things we didn’t want ask our estate agent for fear of sounding silly but Claudine was a great sounding board and took the time to run us through the process with much patience and clarity. There were many cheaper quotes available to us online but we know this was money well spent as we were looked after from start to finish. Will undoubtedly go through them again when we look to sell in the future.

Great service! The ‘Search Pledge’ they offer was a huge help as it meant after our first purchase attempt collapsed we had the benefit of a free search pack on the property we ended up buying. This alleviated some of the pain of the first failed attempt. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from beginning to end. DeQuincy gave us the quote and made the intro to TRMW and was able to arrange our survey for the following week and order our searches on Day 1!!!! This meant we got off to a flying start and we exchanged contract in just over 5 weeks. We felt reassured that we could call them if all wasn’t going to plan but they made a really surprising call to us mid-transaction to make sure we were happy with the service from the solicitor - which we were. All in all I cannot praise North and Broadway enough. The quoting process was quick, the written quote was itemized and easy to read, Charlotte and her team at TRMW were fantastic and the support/aftercare was exceptional. We made an offer on a property and it was suggested by the agent to speak to someone at North and Broadway to get a legal quote. In the end we decided to go with a solicitor recommended by a friend but I wanted to say how helpful Richard was. His comment about ‘we are not the cheapest but why cut corners when you’re about to make the biggest single investment of your life’ spoke to me. We were very tempted by a quote half the price from an online company but took his advice to avoid at all costs as I could see how that type of operation wasn’t for us. Even though we went with another firm I did appreciate the time Richard took out of his day and I wish North and Broadway all the very best

We were recommended to North and Broadway by a friend, who explained whilst their involvement in our house selling process would be minimal they would play a crucial part by introducing us to a solicitor who was familiar with our situation (probate sale) but most importantly not too busy!

In this case it was a self-employed solicitor working under the Taylor Rose brand who worked from home. It really felt that he was running a caseload that suited him, not the employer so we were always communicated with promptly and we felt he was always on hand and not overwhelmed. I can see why a company like North and Broadway can add real value to the house buying and selling process by staying in close contact with their solicitor contacts and I’m surprised there aren’t other companies out there offering a similar service. Quick, responsive, efficient process, and good value to boot.........35% cheaper than the next lowest quote.

Big thanks to DeQuincy at N&B for the sound advice and support he gave us before introducing us to our solicitor. This was our first time selling so was unsure of the process but he patiently talked us through everything and suggested we instruct our solicitor before we list the property for sale. This allowed us to fill out the sellers' forms early and a good job we did as it made us realize we didn’t have the freeholder's consent for a wall we’d removed. Thankfully, by the time we’d found a buyer we’d managed to vary our lease and we exchanged contracts in a normal timeframe. Our solicitor did a great job (thanks Lisa!) and we had no need to speak to DeQuincy after he initially referred us but we are very grateful to him for pointers he gave us at the outset.
