I met Paul last year and was immediately impressed by how quickly he understood the property and the local market. He gave me a realistic, honest valuation straight away, no over inflated promises, just expertise.

We instructed him earlier this month and everything moved at an incredible pace. Marketing photos and video were completed on Monday, the property went live on the Wednesday, Paul conducted the viewings on the Saturday, and by Monday we already had two offers. An offer was agreed the very next day.
