Phil has been fantastic so far during the process of selling 2 properties.
I originally went to Phil after my FIL bought a property through him and had such ease with the process with Phil keeping him up to date along the way, so I knew he was reliable and efficient.
Phil has been super easy to contact with speedy replies and reassurance.
The videography and photos of my property were amazing and something that the high street doesn’t really do well enough.
I would highly recommend using Phil over a high street estate agents, you get that personal touch and there’s no restriction on times to contact or having to wait for Monday to get updates.
Phil is very proactive in chasing other estate agents / solicitors and has made my life so much easier compared to when I have experienced estate agents in the past.

We chose to use Phil after being let down by our previous estate agent. He is very knowledgeable and so down to earth. He has a fantastic approach to selling he doesn’t push he just tells you the facts and leaves it up to you. He explained the best way to market our house and how long it would likely take and that point he was bang on. We sold with in 4weeks. After we sold he was so on the ball all the required paperwork and documentation we required he dealt direct with our solicitors which was amazing. 100% would recommend and would definitely use him again.

Phil helped me as a first time buyer find my new home. He was honestly amazing, extremely transparent and supportive throughout the whole journey. He is such a great guy and a professional, made himself available for me to contact him. I didn’t feel lost in the process at all. Even post completion, when I had a few issues with my appliances he made sure that it was sorted and didn’t leave me to deal with it on my own. He went above and beyond by contacting his own plumber, and also making sure that the sellers was aware and took responsibility. Knowing Phil from young as he was in my brothers year at school and living just around the corner from our old homes it was a bittersweet moment that years later I saw his face on a board but wish it was for all the different reasons than what would follow..When I dealt with the high street estate agents they were cold and didn't really care. That didn't sit right with me and us three. Mum & dad worked immensely hard to make their home for them & my sister as warm & loving as it is. My brother, me and our wives & children would come & go but we always felt the love & warmth of a family home They lived for us & their grandchildren and you bought into that, you didn't dismiss anything and you pushed the loving home onto the market and it was never going to easy for us and you've been there every step of the way. You can see that this isn't a job, you're passionate about selling the homes of many walks of life to the right people but in the right way, you care about both parties getting the best result possible. It really was heartwarming to see that and your videography showed that. Thanks from us all, the job you did was and will not be forgotten ❤️

We didn’t use Phil to sell our property, he was the agent for the place we was buying.
In a chain of 7 we had buyers drop out, solicitor nightmares and a failed completion.
